Howard Gober, "habitual code violator"

From the Northside Sun: "HABITUAL CODE VIOLATOR Howard Gober has been arrested again — for the third time. The arrest stems from violations at his Belhaven properties at 1426 and 1427 St. Mary St. Jackson police arrested Gober on June 24 for failure to maintain his property and contempt of court for failing to pay fines issued to him in the past for neglect of his property. As has happened in the past, he was released from jail a few days later due to medical reasons, said Joe Lewis, manager of community improvement." (Read the Full Story Here)
