Neighbor on St. Mary

From WLBT.com: "Warrant Issued for Belhaven Homeowner - The City of Jackson has a warrant out for the arrest of a property owner in the Belhaven section of northeast Jackson, for contempt of court. The city's Community Improvement Department, Manager, Joe Lewis, says Howard Gober has failed to respond to the latest orders about cleaning up two houses at 1426 and 1427 St. Mary Street. Lewis says the city has repeatedly opened cases on the houses. Recently someone has pulled up in the driveway of of the house at 1426 St. Mary and dumped some trash and covered it with a tarp. Lewis says he expects to take some action on the house in a matter of days. Nobody comes to the door when you knock."
