Housing officers sweep Belhaven neighborhood

Clarion Ledger: "When Jackson code-enforcement officers pulled up Friday in front of 1426 St. Mary St. in Belhaven, Howard Gober made a run for it. Code-enforcement officer Bonnie Barthel said Gober, who owns the house, has a history of code violations and failed to appear in environmental court on Thursday.
