Belhaven resident arrested for property violations

JPD arrested 69 year old Howard Gober on Sunday night, charging him with failure to maintain his properties. Gober, who lives at 1426 St. Mary Street (his boyhood home) and owns properrty on Greenview Drive, Archer Avenue and Keener Avenue, has been cited previously by code enforcement officers.
